Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in original condition

• The item must be returned in original packaging

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Shipping times vary depending on location and shipping carrier. Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Commission & Mural Terms

Commissioned artwork and murals require a non-refundable deposit before work begins.

Final pricing, timeline, and installation details will be outlined in a separate project agreement. Because commissioned work is created specifically for a client, commissions are non-refundable once work has started.

The artist retains copyright to all commissioned artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.
